地价标金未达底价 启德商业地流标
地政总署公布,位於九龙启德第4C区4号地盘的新九龙内地段第6546号用地的招标,因为地价标金未达到政府就该用地所定的底价,政府不接纳在9月20日截标时所接获的五份标书。
政府强调政策目标是为市场提供稳定和持续的土地供应,以回应社会对房屋、商业及商贸用地的需求。这目标不会因为个别土地的招标结果而受影响。
近年政府有六次因为标价低於底价而取消有关卖地。除了今次的用地外,其余五次取消的招标涉及启德第4C区5号地盘商业用地及分别位於山顶、元朗、青衣和白石角的住宅用地。元朗、青衣及白石角用地随後经重新招标後并成功售出。
