机电工程服务供应商高升集团通过港交所上市聆讯
格隆汇9月25日丨IPO那点事（ID：ipopress）消息，港交所信息显示，9月24日，高升集团控股有限公司通过港股主板上市聆讯。高升集团于8月12日向港交所递交主板上市申请，丰盛融资担任其独家保荐人。该公司曾于1月31日向港交所递交上市申请，后来失效。
高升集团是香港一间历史悠久的机电工程服务供应商，可以追溯至2000年。其机电工程服务通常涉及按个别项目供应、安装及保养：机械通风及空气调节系统；电气系统；及泳池、喷泉以及给排水系统。
于往绩记录期间，该公司以首层或次层分包商身份提供服务，并主要为香港私营住宅物业发展项目提供服务，包括若干知名物业发展商旗下有关项目，承接了合共84个机电工程项目，原合约总额约为1,804.2百万港元，其中41个项目已于最后实际可行日期完成。
据招股书，该公司的主要收入来源是承接安装及保养机械通风及空气调节系统。截至2016~2019年财政年度，该业务的收益分别约为1.62亿港元、1.69亿港元、1.92亿港元及2.79亿港元，分别占该公司同年及同期的收益约84.7%、87.4%、91.3%及89.3%。
根据Ipsos报告，香港机电工程行业总产值由2013年的255亿港元增加至2018年的397亿港元，复合年增长率约为9.3%，预测机电工程行业总产值将由2019年的414亿港元增加至2022年的486亿港元，复合年增长率约为5.5%。就竞争而言，香港机电工程行业高度分散，而该集团占截至2019年3月31日止年度行业收益约0.8%的市场份额。
于2017财政年度、2018财政年度及2019财政年度，收益分别约为1.936亿港元、2.108亿港元及3.127亿港元。毛利分别约为45.1百万港元、57.3百万港元及81.0百万港元，而毛利率则分别约为23.3%、27.2%及25.9%。
IPO那点事（ID：ipopress）获悉，收益大幅增加主要由于收益贡献超过5.0百万港元的项目数量由2018财政年度的11个增加至2019财政年度的14个；平均项目收益由2018财政年度约3.0百万港元按年增加至2019财政年度约4.5百万港元；项目数量由2018财政年度的34个增加至2019财政年度的43个；及三个于2018财政年度涉及相对较少工作的项目于2019财政年度完成重大里程碑进度，该等项目位于沙田、将军澳及屯门。
募资用途方面：
购买履约保证金；机械通风及空气调节采购成本；增聘员工；一般营运资金。
