中国银行(601988.SH):400亿元二级资本债券发行完毕
格隆汇9月24日丨中国银行(601988.SH)公布,银行于2019年5月17日召开的2018年年度股东大会审议批准了本行于2021年末前发行不超过700亿元人民币或等值外币的减记型合格二级资本工具的议案。经中国银行保险监督管理委员会和中国人民银行批准,本行于2019年9月20日在全国银行间债券市场发行总额为400亿元人民币的二级资本债券,并于2019年9月24日发行完毕。
本期债券包括两个品种,品种一为10年期固定利率债券,发行规模为300亿元人民币,票面利率为3.98%,在第5年末附发行人赎回权;品种二为15年期固定利率债券,发行规模为100亿元人民币,票面利率为4.34%,在第10年末附发行人赎回权。
