天夏智慧(000662.SZ)发布半年报 净利润降47.96%至6507.13万元
格隆汇8月30日丨天夏智慧(000662.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，实现营业收入2.56亿元，同比下降36.92%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润6507.13万元，同比下降47.96%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润6523.88万元，同比下降48.39%；基本每股收益0.0595元。
报告期内，公司紧紧围绕董事会确定的发展战略、经营目标，努力克服各种不利因素，在市场的激烈竞争中，加大市场开发力度，加强公司体系内企业的资源整合，协同管理，在管理层和全体职工的共同努力下，公司业务稳定开展，公司的发展战略继续稳步向前推进。
2018年度，公司中标了一系列智慧城市建设项目，这些项目在2019年度继续开展合作。主要有天夏科技在贵定县教育基础设施及城市管理配套设施项目中被确定为中标单位，中标金额为人民币9.03亿元，在延津县基础教育提升暨义务教育发展基本均衡县创建建设PPP项目中被确定为中标单位，中标金额为人民币2.4亿元，现这些项目处于详细设计和建设准备的过程中。
2019年初，天夏科技顺利拿到CMMI5级全球软件领域最高级别认证，标志着天夏产品研发能力与管理水平等方面已经达到国际最高标准，进入优化管理级的最佳实践阶段。
2019年天夏科技凭借技术优势及丰富的落地实践经验荣获2019中国政府信息化方案案例创新奖，展示了行业典型案例应用的实力和创新。作为智慧城市行业大平台建设和整体解决方案的领军品牌，天夏科技产品和解决方案已经在全国十余个行业中的各类应用场景中广泛实践。同时，天夏科技聚焦5G相关细分领域，落实相关基础业务建设，为发力5G环境下新型智慧城市建设夯实了基础。
2018年度公司承接的5G移动宽带项目，在2019年度继续开展合作。2019上半年度，公司已中标的贵定县教育基础设施及城市管理配套设施项目(中标金额为人民币9.03亿元)和延津县基础教育提升暨义务教育发展基本均衡县创建建设PPP项目(中标金额为人民币2.4亿元)等，处于详细设计和建设准备的过程中。5G相关业务也在重点开展和有序推进。5G移动宽带项目是基于运营商网络，为各个地区提供网络宽带基础建设，该项目为后续公司承接5G其他相关项目奠定了良好基础。5G通信服务让数据从传统的应用系统中高效流动起来，全面完成数据交换共享及应用。随着移动技术的发展以及物联网设备的接入，5G通信带宽的需求呈现出爆炸式的增长，在物联网基础上5G技术对于智慧城市构建有突破性作用，是智慧城市建设的基础。公司为5G应用场景准备了广泛的服务，借助自己的技术积累、强大的研发能力和高水平服务能力，参与智慧城市以及通信系统相关项目的构建，在5G市场已具备竞争力。目前公司正在拓展5G智慧能源建设项目，在未来几年，公司将基于与运营商的合作基础，逐步拓展5G相关项目，并争取在各地区逐步落地5G其他相关项目建设，这将为公司带来更多的营业收入。
