格隆汇8月30日丨盛运环保(300090.SZ)公布,预计2019年前三季度归属于上市公司股东的净亏损约5.18亿元-5.13亿元,上年同期亏损约2.14亿元;2019年7-9月预计归属于上市公司股东的净亏损约2.42亿元—约2.37亿元;上年同期亏损约1.20亿元。
业绩变动原因:由于2019年度公司经营状况和资金周转持续困难,营业利润大幅减少;此外,公司以前年度的对外担保出现新的判决,公司据此计提大量预计负债。公司预计非经常性损益对净利润的影响金额为-2.55亿元左右。
