格隆汇8月29日丨卓胜微(300782.SZ)披露2019年半年度报告，报告期内公司实现营业收入5.15亿元，同比增长99.08%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润1.53亿元，同比增长119.52%；基本每股收益2.0377元，加权平均净资产收益率27.70%；公司中报拟推10派10元。
报告期内，公司整体毛利率52.92%，同比增长0.81%；经营活动现金净流入1.10亿元，同比增长48.57%。
近年来，射频前端芯片领域行业竞争格局加剧，企业为更好地生存发展，除了要提供有价格竞争力的产品外，在研发效率、产品质量、产品性能、供应链管理能力等方面均须有较好表现。在此背景下，公司基于对客户应用需求的深刻理解和准确把握，围绕着建立全球领先的射频领域技术平台的战略目标，抓住全球移动智能终端蓬勃发展的市场机遇，凭借性能良好、稳定性高的产品开拓市场，实现更深的产品渗透。
公司积极推动技术持续创新，顺应市场需求推出类型丰富的产品。公司业务涵盖了国内外知名智能移动终端厂商品牌。经过多年的积累与沉淀，公司已逐渐成为国内领先的射频前端芯片供应商。围绕射频前端细分领域业务板块，公司将持续巩固国内行业优势地位。
报告期内，公司持续加大对新设计、新材料、新工艺的研发投入，公司2019年上半年研发投入5080.51万元，较2018年上半年研发投入增长83.28%，研发支出占销售收入比重为9.86%，略低于去年同期的10.71%，主要系期内销售收入增长规模大于研发投入增长规模。截止至报告期末，公司共计取得58项专利(其中发明专利49项)、10项集成电路布图设计。报告期内，公司共申请发明专利2项，共取得发明专利3项，实用新型专利3项。
报告期末，公司总资产16.21亿元，比年初增长199.40%；归属于上市公司股东的净资产14.57亿元，比年初增长206.56%。
