格隆汇8月25日丨天邑股份(300504.SZ)发布2019年半年度报告，报告期内，公司实现营业收入12.14亿元，同比下降16.66%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润8631.02万元，同比增长1.65%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润7888.72万元，同比下降4.28%；基本每股收益0.3228元；拟每10股派发现金红利2.00元。
公司主营业务归属于通信设备制造行业。通信设备制造行业属于充分竞争的行业，市场化程度较高，公司的经营情况主要受通信运营商固定资产的投资额度、投资重点和通信技术的发展以及用户需求的变化影响。报告期内，公司实现营业收入较上年同期降低16.66%；受原材料价格回落的影响，公司2019年上半年综合毛利率逐步回升至19.15%，较上年同期上升1.49个百分比；实现净利润8631.02万元，较上年同期增长1.65%。公司因2018年3月首发上市增加了股本、净资产原因，每股收益、净资产收益率较去年同期有所下降。
通信技术的日新月异，一方面使通信行业产品有了持续不断的升级需求；另一方面，也迫使行业内企业必须及时掌握技术的最新进展，适应客户需求的变化，加大研发与资金投入，推出新产品，保持在市场竞争中的领先地位。报告期内，公司宽带网络终端产品根据国内国际运营商客户的定制化需求，国内10G PON产品成为中国电信2019年千兆网关集中采购项目中标人之一；国际市场也实现零的突破，完成尼泊尔、印度、巴西等多家运营商客户的产品定制化研发并且逐步实现订单销售。
报告期内，公司研发团队在原有产品的基础上，加强研发团队建设，加快技术研发和产品布局，初步完成5G CPE、WiFi6 AP产品研发，并且开始与运营商进行相关的应用技术测试；5G微基站也进入产品研发的中后期，并且在运营商智能家庭组网、视频终端、智能安防产品等领域进行布局，为公司的稳定发展奠定基础。
