Vivendi与腾讯(00700.HK)磋商洽售环球音乐一成股权
法国媒体企业Vivendi表示,正与腾讯(00700.HK)商讨向对方出售旗下全球最大音乐公司环球音乐(Universal Music)出售一成股权事宜,有关出售协议将为环球音乐带来300亿欧元(336亿美元)初步估值,腾讯亦将有权购买环球音乐额外10%股权。
Vivendi指,希望透过与腾讯合作,改善环球音乐旗下音乐人的宣传,与及在新市场发掘与推广新人。公司亦有意物色其他夥伴入股环球音乐。
Vivendi在一年前向市场披露拟出售环球音乐部分权益,但直至上月才挑选投资银行,并正式展开出售程序,有关出售将於明年初确定。市场对环球音乐的估值介乎170亿至440亿欧元。
