格隆汇7月9日丨LHN(01730.HK)公告,公司间接全资附属公司能集团停车场管理(香港)有限公司已获得香港特别行政区政府一年的停车场租约,其后可按季度重续。
该物业位于新界屯门第16区TuenYee街,估计占地面积19,100平方米,主要用于满足屯门居民的泊车需求。其提供私人泊车位及各种规模的货车泊车位,包括需求量很大的拖车泊车位。集团可根据每种车型的需求灵活调整泊车位类型。
成功中标后,集团管理下的停车场总数达到52个,其中新加坡有49个,香港有3个。
