港股异动|建业地产涨近8%控股股东拟向CapitaLand购买公司24.09%股份
格隆汇7月2日丨建业地产(0832.HK)现涨7.83%,报3.72港元,暂成交428.3万,最新总市值27亿港元。公司公告称,公司董事会主席及控股股东胡葆森拥有的恩辉拟28.31亿港元向CapitaLand购买其拥有的公司24.09%股权。完成后,胡葆森及恩辉持有公司约20.4443亿股股份,相当于公告日期公司已发行股本总额约74.84%,而CapitaLand不再持有公司任何股份。
