迪威迅(300167.SZ)控股股东质押股票出现违约拟遭平仓不超2%的股份
格隆汇6月19日丨迪威迅(300167.SZ)公布,公司于今日收到公司控股股东北京安策恒兴投资有限公司(“北京安策”)的函告,因股价波动,北京安策分别在德邦证券、金元证券、光大证券、第一创业证券、深圳市高新投集团有限公司质押的股票出现违约情形,上述质权人可能对质押股票进行平仓处置。
拟通过集中竞价方式减持股份的数量不超过600.48万股,即不超过公司总股本的2%。任意连续九十个自然日内通过证券交易所集中竞价交易减持股份的总数不超过公司股份总数的1%。
