OKURAHOLDINGS(01655.HK)拟2.13亿日元购置两匹骑乘马
格隆汇6月18日丨OKURA HOLDINGS(01655.HK)公告,由于日本日式弹珠机及日式角子机行业持续衰退,董事会谨此通知股东及潜在投资者,本集团正采取步骤,以将业务分散至日本的体育行业。本集团将从事竞赛马匹训练的新业务,预期于2019年6月下旬在日本开展营运马匹训练设施。本集团相信,新业务将让本集团扩阔其收益来源,并符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
于2019年6月18日,买方王蔵株式会社(为本公司的一间间接全资附属公司)与卖方一藏有限公司订立购马协议,据此买方已同意购置两匹骑乘马,代价约为2.13亿日元。
公司称,鉴于赛马的持续受欢迎,且于日本其他马术活动形式日渐受欢迎,本集团认为,日本及亚洲对竞赛马匹训练有需求。此外,市场主管兼本集团高级管理层成员前田谕志先生活跃于马术活动已逾10年,累积丰富马匹培训知识及关系。
