港股异动|天工国际临近收盘放量拉涨逾10%获场内增持100万股
格隆汇5月21日丨天工国际(0826.HK)临近收盘突现放量拉升,大涨11.17%,报2.29港元,暂成交2690万港元,最新总市值58亿港元。据格隆汇获悉,根据港交所权益资料显示,天工股份于5月10日获Sky Greenfield Investment Limited在场内以每股平均价2.0223港元增持100万股,涉资202.23万港元,其持股比例由22.98%升至23.01%。此前5月8日,亦获股东朱泽峰在场内以每股平均价2.0943港元增持150万股,涉资314.15万港元。增持后持股比例由22.96%升至23.01%。4月底时曾公布一季度业绩指,首季归母净利润为663万元,同比增长32.97%。
