「Extra Reward 」Terms and Conditions:

1. Promotion period：From 4 January 2022 6 pm to 31 January 2022 (inclusive of both dates).
2. The first 100 customers who had completed the account registration and online certification successfully during promotion period, and keep at least HK$10,000 in their trading accounts for 30 days after successful account opening, 10 shares of SAMSUNG Bloomberg Global Semiconductor ETF (03132.HK) that sponsored by Samsung Asset Management and 1 month of newsletter subscription will be given. There is a quota of 100, first-come-first-served basis while stocks last.
3. This promotion is only available to customers who are Hong Kong residents or holders of overseas passports and 18 years old or above.
4. New customers refer to those who did not have any trading accounts in uSmart Securities Limited (“The Company”) in the past 6 months.
5. The reward will be distributed to customers’ reward center before 11 March 2022 after verifying the first 100 customers according to the records in uSMART’s system. Customers need to redeem the stock redemption coupon within 30 days after receiving the prizes. Otherwise, they will be deemed to have forfeited their right to claim such prizes.
6. The ETF may be defined as investment products with risk, the products are not suitable for inexperienced investors or people who are less risk-tolerant.
7. Customers are not allowed to trade any high-risk products if their risk tolerance levels do not match, but it will not affect the sale of products from the relevant rewards.
8. The recipient must have an uSMART account for receiving the prizes. Regardless of whether the recipient hold more than one account with uSMART, uSMART will only treat it as one account and reserve the right to issue any such rewards into one of their accounts only.
9. In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behaviour.
10. 6. The validity of each coupon is one natural month and the validity has been set in sequence. If the customer fails to redeem the coupons within the expiry date after receiving it at the prize center, the coupons will become invalid;
7. If a customer open an account successfully on 4 January, the validity of the first HK$50 cash coupon will be the last day of the next natural month, which is February 28; the validity of the second coupon will be the end of March, and so on;

iii. According to the validity period of the cash coupon, customers can redeem the coupon after completing 1 stock purchase over HK$500 or above.

8. If the customer fails to redeem the vouchers within 60 days after receiving it at the prize center, the vouchers will become invalid. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each coupon in customer's reward center.

10. The company may, due to market reasons (including but not limited to stock delisting, suspension of trading etc.), change the original listed rewards to other rewards with same value.
11. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without further notice to the customers. Terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s interpretation.
12. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.
13. In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behaviour.
14. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated above, and the rewards can only be obtained once the account is opened and the above conditions are fulfilled in the promotion period.
