欧盟就英国延长输北爱货品免检查做法兴讼 指违反脱欧协议
欧盟对英国采取法律行动,指控英国单方面改变与北爱尔兰的贸易安排,违反英国脱欧协议。
欧盟向英国发出正式通知,启动法律程式,欧盟可向英国定出罚款。但有关程序最少长达一年,给予双方时间取得协议。
英国脱欧安排下,北爱尔兰保留在欧盟单一市场,因此当地须对英国其他地区货品实施海关检查,有关安排已影响北爱尔兰超市货品供应。原来免检查的宽免期限为3月底,但英国拟延长至10月1日,引发双方分歧。
美国促请欧盟及英国遵守北爱和平协议,即允许爱尔兰及北爱尔兰边境无海关检查。
