澳門政府再豁免六博企所得補充稅
澳門傳媒報道,澳門政府再次豁免六間賭牌承批公司繳納由博彩所生利潤的所得補充稅,生效期由去年起至2027年12月31日止,合共5年。
根據澳門《公報》顯示,以例外情況豁免美高梅金殿超濠股份有限公司、銀河娛樂場股份有限公司、威尼斯人澳門股份有限公司、新濠博亞(澳門)股份有限公司、永利度假村(澳門)股份有限公司及澳娛綜合度假股份有限公司繳納有關娛樂場幸運博彩或其他方式的博彩經營所生利潤的所得補充稅。上款所指豁免自2023年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止。
根據新修訂的博彩法規定,現時澳門博彩稅率爲博彩毛收入的40%,此外,基於拓展外國客源市場的原因,行政長官可部分減免5%毛收入撥款。
