T&Cs:

1. Promotion period: From 30 Apr 2026 18:00 to 31 December 2026 (inclusive of both dates).

2. This promotion only applicable to clients holding a valid Hong Kong identification document and who are aged 18 or above.

3. New customer refers to an individual who has not held any trading account with uSMART Securities or uSMART Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd in the past 6 months.

4. New members who register successfully through this promotion will not be eligible to participate in other similar promotions to redeem welcome rewards.

5. The account type is selected by the client at the time of account opening. A TRADER account may be upgraded to a PRO account; however, once upgraded, it is irreversible and the account cannot be converted back to a TRADER account. Standard or PRO accounts do not support conversion to a TRADER account.

7. The above commission-free promotion does not include exemption from other transaction-related fees, such as exchange fees, government levies, and other applicable charges.

8. IPO Handling Fee Coupon is only applicable to Hong Kong IPO subscription applications submitted through the Company using margin financing, and may only be used to offset the designated subscription handling fee charged by the Company for the relevant transaction. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the Coupon shall not be applicable to the subscription principal, financing interest, stamp duty, transaction levy, trading fee, refund handling fee, nominee or third-party fees, or any other charges. Each Coupon is valid for use only by the relevant account holder and shall not be transferable or redeemable for cash. Use of the Coupon shall at all times be subject to the Company’s system arrangements, risk management policies and regulatory requirements, and shall not constitute or be construed as any guarantee that the Client will be able to successfully submit any application, obtain financing approval, complete any subscription, or be allotted any shares. If the relevant subscription application is cancelled, withdrawn, rejected, invalidated or otherwise not completed, whether the Coupon shall be returned, reinstated or deemed to have been used shall be determined solely by reference to the Company’s system records and final decision, which shall be binding.

9. IPO Handling Fee Coupon Redemption Process:
Go to the "IPO Center" and successfully submit your IPO margin subscription -> Go to the "Rewards" and click "Use Now" on your IPO Handling Fee Coupon.

Upon successful use of the coupon, the handling fee will be handled on a "pay-first-refund-later" basis. The handling fee will be charged first, and the waived amount will be refunded to your account within 7 working days after the IPO subscription deadline. If the voucher value exceeds the actual handling fee, the maximum refund will be capped at the actual handling fee charged, and no excess amount will be credited or refunded.

Remarks:
- Each IPO margin subscription is limited to one IPO Handling Fee Coupon.
- If the client cancels the IPO margin subscription application, the used IPO Handling Fee Coupon will not be returned, reinstated or reissued.

10. Client requied to complete specific condition "Register via "iAM Smart" and complete online verification" to reedem HK$40 uSMART Reward Cash Voucher and will be distributed to the customer's Reward Center within 14 working days after meeting the specified conditions.

11. Upon successful registration and completion of online witness authentication, a new client will receive x7 cash redemption vouchers from Welcome Package. These vouchers may be activated in the uSMART App – Rewards Center within 30 days after completion of online witness authentication, subject to the applicable voucher conditions. A total of 7 vouchers may be activated.

12. The client must fulfill the designated condition of “Activating the PRO account feature” and maintain such status continuously for 30 days in order to activate the HK$20 uSMART Reward Cash Voucher.

13. For designated condition of “Completing one monthly investment transaction in Hong Kong/U.S. stocks, monthly investment ETF transaction, or fixed-amount fund investment” only monthly and weekly plans will be counted, daily plans will not be counted.

16. If the customer fails to redeem the vouchers after receiving it in customers’ reward center in uSMART APP –Rewards, the vouchers will become invalid. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each coupon in customer's reward center.

17. Customers need to have an uSMART securities account for using the coupons.

18. Offer is only applicable to trades placed through the uSMART HK APP. Other channels (including but not limited to phone or email orders) are not applicable.

19. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without further notice to the customers. Terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s interpretation.

20. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.

21. In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behavior.

22. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated above, and the rewards can only be obtained once the account is opened and the above conditions are fulfilled in the promotion period.
