6. The above rewards will be distributed to customers' reward centre within 7 working days after the requirements are completed. All reward for sharers will be distributed in "HK$300 cash coupons", and additional rewards will be distributed within 7 working days after the end of the promotion period. (Example: If Customer A successfully shares 3 friends to open an account during the promotion period, he will first receive 3 HK$300 cash coupon and receive another HK$100 + HK$200 cash coupons within 7 working days after the end of the promotion)

8. If multiple sharers send a link to the same Friend or a Friend received links from multiple sharers, the relevant rewards will only be given to the corresponding sharer according to the registration link used by the Friend and is subject to the final discretion and records in uSMART's system.
9. Both the sharer and the Friend must have valid accounts at uSMART in order to be able to redeem the relevant rewards.
10. Whether or not the sharer owns multiple accounts at uSMART, uSMART will only regard them as one account and reserve the right to provide the relevant rewards into any one of the accounts.
11. The Sharer can only receive the relevant rewards if their friend has never registered for an account at uSMART previously.
12. If the Friend registered an account online successfully through this promotional event, they are prohibited from joining other similar promotional events simultaneously to receive rewards as a friend. However, the Sharer is not limited to joining other similar promotional events.
13. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.

In case of any termination of the customer's account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behaviour.
15. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated above, and the rewards can only be obtained once the account is opened and the above conditions are fulfilled in the promotion period.
