Terms and Conditions:

1. Date: From now to 31 August 2021 (Including the starting and the ending day).
2. This promotion is only available to Hong Kong customers who are 18 years old or older.
3. The promotion event applies to all customers.
4. New customers who open account by online verification need to keep at least HK$10,000 in their trading accounts for 30 days after the account is opened. 1 share of Apple (APPL.US) stock coupon will be distributed to the customer's reward centre within 7 working days.
5. New customers must open an account online successfully and send the relevant registration record to usmartbusiness@usmarthk.com and register with our customer service team on or before 31 August 2021. Customers can receive 1 share of Apple (AAPL.US) stock coupon and a designated bottle of red wine upon successful account opening on or after 4 July 2021. Otherwise, customers can receive a designated bottle of red wine upon successful account opening on or before 3 July 2021.

10. If the customer fails to redeem the vouchers within 30 days after receiving it at the prize center, the vouchers will become invalid. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each coupon in customer's reward center.
11. Customer must have uSmart Securities Limited account for receiving the stock coupons.
12. uSMART does not provide any shipping or delivery services for the prizes, and customers need to collect the prizes at uSMART's branch at Causeway Bay after receiving their notice to pick up the prizes. Customers must pick up their gift within 30 days after they have received the notice, or else their right to receive the prize will be waived and became invalid (customers cannot later extend the time for redemption). To be environmentally friendly, please bring your own bags when collecting the gift.
13. The Company reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate the above offers, terms and conditions at any time without further notice to the customers. Terms and conditions are subject to the Company’s interpretation.
14. The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the relevant offers at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of the final decision of the event and is binding on the participants of the event.

In case of any termination of the customer’s account due to suspected fraud, violation of any regulations or inappropriate behaviour, uSmart Securities Limited reserves the right to take any necessary legal action to recover any rewards that have been deposited or paid to the customer for this promotional plan and for any loss arising from such behaviour.
16. The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions stated above, and the rewards can only be obtained once the account is opened and the above conditions are fulfilled in the promotion period.
