同程旅行(00780.HK)MSCI ESG評級升至AAA最高評級
2025年8月25日，國際權威指數公司MSCI(Morgan Stanley Capital International，摩根士丹利資本國際公司)公佈了同程旅行最新的ESG(Environmental，Social and Governance，即環境、社會和公司治理)評級結果。基於在ESG方面的優異表現，同程旅行ESG評級升至AAA，這也是MSCI ESG的最高評級，位列全球top 5%。

2025年以來，生成式AI技術對於旅遊行業的供需兩端產生了深刻影響。同程旅行以AI爲抓手，不斷強化供應鏈賦能和用戶體驗提升。2025年3月，同程旅行旗下的旅智科技宣佈旅智雲全面接入DeepSeek、阿里通義千問等AI大模型，成爲酒店管理系統領域首個深度整合通用人工智能技術的標杆案例。根據旅智科技內測數據顯示，接入AI大模型後，包括訂單查詢、前臺排房、退房等運營流程綜合提效50%。
此外，在面向用戶側的AI產品方面，同程旅行也加快了迭代更新的步伐。繼2024年打造在線旅遊行業首個完成雙重備案的大模型——"程心AI"後，2025年3月，同程旅行將"程心AI"與DeepSeek進行技術融合，併發布"程心AI"升級版——DeepTrip。升級後的"程心AI"，可以幫助用戶更順暢地完成從行程計劃到產品預訂的全流程，實現從"AI推薦"到"AI決策執行+預訂執行"的閉環。今年二季度，DeepTrip的活躍度環比大幅提升，並實現從行程規劃到預訂轉化的規模化。
對上市公司而言，更高的ESG評級是上市公司穩健經營、規範治理的價值體現。近年來，同程旅行在ESG管理水平和長期投資價值等方面，得到了全球資本市場的充分肯定。2025年5月，同程旅行憑藉在ESG領域的優秀表現，連續3年入選標普全球《可持續發展年鑑(中國版)》，也是唯一入選的中國OTA企業，並獲得"行業最佳進步企業"獎項。
