2025年8月底，亞洲領先的Web 2.0與Web 3.0全棧式金融科技基礎設施平台ApexPay Technologies Venture Limited(以下簡稱"ApexPay")宣佈完成A輪融資，融資金額數百萬美金。此次融資由偉仕佳傑控股有限公司(股票代碼00856.HK)旗下全資子公司，偉仕投資(香港)有限公司及產業資本參與，作為已實現盈利、擁有穩健營收與成熟運營體系的金融科技企業，融資的順利完成進一步夯實了ApexPay在加密資產與傳統金融融合領域的先發優勢，也印證了市場對其全棧式金融基礎設施解決方案的高度認可。
此次融資標誌着ApexPay在構建合規可控的全球金融基礎設施網絡、推動加密資產與傳統跨境支付場景深度融合的持續突破，以及深耕實體經濟、機構及高風險行業客户需求，助力各類企業實現高效、安全與合規的全球化資金流轉的決心。

穩定幣項目推進(25%)：投入穩定幣項目開發及法務結構建設，包括初期項目測試、鏈上基礎架構部署、清算池管理系統開發，同時推進香港穩定幣牌照申請，為穩定幣打造原生應用場景。
全球市場與團隊拓展(20%)：用於區域市場與運營團隊建設，在中亞、拉美、歐洲等新興區域招聘本地團隊，開展推廣與品牌運營，強化日本、韓國、阿聯酋等既有市場的客户管理。
品牌與生態建設(20%)：投入品牌網站搭建、行業媒體合作、會議參展及戰略合作伙伴導流，進一步擴大行業影響力與客户觸達範圍。
技術與合規升級(35%)：用於統一平台構建(整合出入金、換匯、錢包、風控、結算模塊)及合規能力強化，持續迭代自主研發的數字化OTC與資產管理系統，夯實全球合規基礎設施。
