聯合健康集團(UNH.US)增設新董事會委員會加強監管
美國醫療保健巨頭聯合健康集團(UNH.US)周三宣布,在董事會內成立一個新公共責任委員會,以加強治理和監督。該公司目前遭受來自監管機構及公眾的信任危機。
公司周三在文件中表示,該委員會將監督財務、監管及聲譽風險。同時任命Vanguard集團前行政總裁 F. William McNabb為新首席獨立董事。他自2018年起擔任聯合健康董事。
作為全美最大的醫療保險商,聯合健康集團正面臨美國司法部的民事和刑事調查,以及因理賠拒批等做法而引發的公眾批評。
