億仕登控股(01656.HK)收購PT Funda 51%股權，以加強其在印尼的水電領域能力
格隆匯8月21日丨億仕登控股(01656.HK)發佈公告，公司是亞洲領先的工業自動化公司，在印尼擁有成熟的可再生能源業務，欣然宣佈以每股面值1,000,000印尼盾的價格收購PT Funda Konstruksi Engineering（PT Funda」）的25,500股普通股。這意味着持有PT Funda51%的股權，總交易對價爲25.5億印尼盾（約合2.0百萬新元）。
PT Funda專注於水利水電專案的上遊工程、採購與施工（EPC」），以及下遊運營與維護（O&M」）服務。這種端到端的能力補充了億仕登現有的可再生能源業務。當前，該業務主要專注於小型水電站的開發與運營，使公司能夠提供覆蓋整個專案生命週期的綜合解決方案，從而進一步擴大公司在印尼的市場佈局。
儘管PT Funda僅於2024年2月成立，其領導團隊由經驗豐富的工程師組成，在水利水電專案建設領域擁有超過20年的卓越業績。該團隊已在亞洲成功設計並建造了70多個水電專案，總裝機容量高達4,500兆瓦。在印尼，自2014年以來，該團隊已成功建立了穩固的市場基礎，並在EPC合同框架下成功完成了四（4）個併網水電專案，累計裝機容量達到57兆瓦。這其中包含了集團的首個小型水電站專案——勞賓1。目前，團隊已儲備超過10個高質量專案，總規劃容量超過300兆瓦。
