格隆匯5月21日|美國鋼鐵(X.US)漲超2%,報42.04美元。消息面上,日本製鐵執行副總裁森孝弘表示,集團仍維持全面收購美國鋼鐵的目標不變,期望與美國財長貝森特會面,瞭解特朗普政府對收購事件的立場。較早時報道稱,日本製鐵向CFIUS提交補充文件,承諾倘獲批準收購,將對美鋼進行金額達140億美元的新投資。森孝弘未有評論有關消息,強調任何增資決定端視回報而定,又指日本製鐵擁有足夠財政實力。(格隆匯)
