海外華人也可以買盒馬了!首批盒馬自有品牌商品打入美國商超

今年4月初,載有盒馬自有品牌商品的船隻從上海洋山港出發開往美國。趕在傳統佳節端午到來之前,龍口粉絲、麻醬、刀削麪等一批中國特色商品分別入駐美國最大的華人連鎖超市大華超市和北美最大的華人購物網站亞米網站。在亞米網站上線第一週,“盒馬牌”新品已經在美國東西海岸新品排行榜升至第一名。

盒馬商品正式入駐美國大華超市

華人在海外生活需要適應各種文化、習慣等差異,其中飲食習慣差異是最主要的體現。數據顯示,食品是用户跨境網購的主要品類,海外的華人用户更傾向保持在中國內地時的購物習慣。

“我們通過線下調研美國、澳洲的華人超市,訪談當地華人居民,發現留學生和移民二代、三代羣體對零食、速食更感興趣,尤其是國內的網紅食品;而傳統華人家庭和新移民一代家庭有居家烹飪需求,偏好地道中國風味與食材,比如一些國內特有的調味料,滿足‘中國胃’。”盒馬出海業務負責人演妮向記者介紹。

基於市場調查結果,此次“出戰”的首批商品精選了盒馬在國內銷量最高的休閒零食和糧油速食,包括料理醬汁類(麻醬、椒麻汁、燉煮包等)、零食類(瓜子、山楂條、蘇打餅乾、海鹽太妃糖等)、米麪類(刀削麪、龍口粉絲等)。這些商品均在國內市場取得了銷售驗證,是引領行業趨勢的熱銷產品,甚至在盒馬之外的其它海外渠道也有相當多的代購。

“以調味料為例,國外的貨架上大部分是單一調味品,盒馬複合調味料及燉煮包可以為海外華人更省時、省力地還原一道家鄉美食,川式椒麻汁、流汁麻醬拌、牛羊肉燉煮包、茶葉蛋燉煮包這些商品在國內也是爆款,一醬成菜,符合大家做飯追求高效便捷的需求;在零食這個品類,同質化程度比較高,華人超市貨架上大部分是傳統的山楂條、糖果,盒馬的酸奶山楂丁、蔓越莓山楂條、海鹽太妃糖在國內也是網紅爆款,給華人消費者提供了創新口味。”演妮介紹説。

盒馬牌休閒零食和糧油速食已經上架大華超市

自有品牌是商超品牌影響力、商品力以及長期供應鏈能力的體現。從2017年發力自有品牌開始,盒馬日日鮮、盒馬工坊、盒馬原標等自有品牌商品,受到國內大批用户的喜愛。在《2022年中國自有品牌藍海戰略白皮書》中,盒馬自有品牌以41%的主動提及率和93%的品牌認知度,在零售商中排名第一。

這是本土商超自有品牌首次大規模走出中國。通過市場調研,盒馬選擇了全球華人分佈最多的國家——美國作為此次出海的第一站。“新加坡有一半人口都是華人,我們正在跟當地頭部的電商平台和連鎖商超洽談,估計很快,當地華人羣體就能買到來自中國的盒馬好物。”演妮介紹,接下來,盒馬牌商品在美國市場標杆渠道試水成功後,將計劃進入澳大利亞、東南亞、日韓等國家。
