聖諾醫藥CEO:所持股份不會再有被強制出售的風險
聖諾醫藥(2257.HK)創始人兼CEO陸陽(Patrick Lu)在投資者電話會議上回答投資者提問時表示,他所持股份不會再有被強制出售的風險。聖諾醫藥此前公吿,陸陽所持有的佔已發行股份總數1.78%的1,560,000股公司股份已於2024年3月7日被強制出售。港交所披露易顯示,截至3月7日強制出售事件發生後,陸陽持有公司股份總數為11,496,232股,持股比例為13.12%。
