《內地樓市》內媒引述房地產業人士:一線城市非核心區域限購政策可能取消
內地《證券時報》報道,今天(25日)上午,有市場傳聞稱,不久就會有地產相關文件出台,全面聚焦兩個方向:一是全面取消核心城市的限制性政策,二是推動融資協調機制落地。據業內人士指,一線城市非核心區域的限購政策有可能取消,但目前可能處於研究階段,關鍵是如何界定核心區域。而銀行業人士則透露,融資協調機制正在落地。
上周五(22日),國務院總理李強主持召開國務院常務會議,指出要進一步優化房地產政策,持續抓好保交樓、保民生、保穩定工作,進一步推動城市房地產融資協調機制落地見效,系統謀劃相關支持政策,有效激發潛在需求。
報道引述方正證券房地產研究員劉清海表示,此次會議明確房地產支柱產業地位,再提及促進平穩健康發展。(cy/u)
