安陽鋼鐵(600569.SH):控股股東股權擬無償劃轉
格隆匯11月24日丨安陽鋼鐵(600569.SH)公佈,接到公司控股股東安陽鋼鐵集團有限責任公司通知,根據河南省人民政府國有資產監督管理委員會《省政府國資委關於同意河南資本集團向河南鋼鐵集團股權作價出資實施路徑的批覆》,河南省國資委同意公司間接控股股東河南國有資本運營集團投資有限公司將所持安鋼集團100%股權無償劃轉至河南國有資本運營集團有限公司。河南資本集團投資公司與河南資本集團已簽訂《國有股權無償劃轉協議》。本次股權無償劃轉完成後,公司控股股東和實際控制人均未發生變化。
