債王格羅斯:投資者應該避開股票和債券
太平洋投資管理公司聯合創始人、昔日的「債券之王」格羅斯不再認為債券是一項有吸引力的投資,但認為至少較股票佳。
格羅斯在周三(4日)發布的最新投資展望中表示,就未來總回報而言,他不建議在目前的水平上長期投資股票或債券其中任何一種。
格羅斯建議投資者採用稍微複雜的策略,例如沽空等。他推薦動視暴雪(ATVI.US)及正出售旗下奢侈品牌Coach的Capri(CPRI.US)。
格羅斯稱,美國國債息率上升,意味股票的預期收益被高估。他指標普500指數市盈率應該接近12倍,而非目前水準略低於18倍的水平。
