復星(00656.HK)附屬豫園近6億人幣售金徽酒(603919.SH)逾2,536萬股
復星國際(00656.HK)公佈,其間接附屬豫園股份(600655.SH),以總代價5.99億元人民幣(下同),向濟南鐵晟出售目標公司金徽酒(603919.SH)2,536.3萬股股份。完成後,公司(透過豫園股份)將持有目標公司股份由約25%降至20%。
截至目前,預計基於該等出售事項集團將確認之未經審計已實現處置收入約爲24.16億元。所得款項擬用於集團一般資金用途。
