特步國際(01368.HK)公布，與恆生銀行(00011.HK)、香港上海匯豐銀行、中銀香港(02388.HK)及東亞銀行(00023.HK)安排的六間銀行組成的銀團獲得年期4年本金額為10億元的貸款融資。 公司指出，融資旨在悉數為金額為18億元的現有定期貸款融資再融資，讓集團維持其財務靈活性及有效管理其融資成本；及為集團的一般企業需求提供資金。
