華油能源(01251.HK)就印尼賈邦登加區塊石油營運訂生產共享合同
華油能源(01251.HK)公佈,其附屬CNG、RAJA之附屬RES及及SKK MIGAS訂立生產共享合同,SKK MIGAS將負責管理印尼賈邦登加區塊石油營運,而承包商(即CNG及RES)負責執行石油營運。生產共享合同之期限爲30年,包括勘探期及開採期。勘探期的初始期限爲六年,可最多延長四年。
根據生產共享合同,承包商同意在首三年完成堅定承諾,估計金額爲1,655萬美元。CNG及RES將按70比30的比例各自對堅定承諾項下的金額出資。
