格隆匯11月7日丨復星國際(0656.HK)漲超4%，報5.18港元，總市值426.7億港元。公司公吿稱，非全資附屬公司豫園股份擬將招金礦業6.54億股H股轉讓予紫金礦業的全資附屬公司金山(香港)國際礦業有限公司，合共代價約為港幣43.95億元。
