陳茂波:港房託基金股息十四年來累積股息回報升7倍
香港房託基金協會成立,財政司司長陳茂波表示,截至今年7月,本港房託基金市場的市值逾2,100億港元,規模較2005年增長近五倍。恆生房地產基金指數股息累計指數較2008年推出時上升近七倍,表現遠勝同期恆生指數總股息累計指數的升幅,足見房託基金的價值和發展潛力。政府會繼續加強市場推廣和投資者教育,不時審視規管制度,以支持房託基金市場的持續發展。
陳茂波表示,過去一直以多管齊下方法支持房託基金發展,包括證監會放寬房託基金投資限制、提供上市資助計劃等,未來會繼續加強市場推廣及投資者教育,並不時檢視規管制度,以支持房託基金市場持續發展,期望更多房託基金來港上市。
