傳中央正考慮一次性發放新能源發電項目補貼欠賬
國家財政部早前發布《2022年中央政府性基金支出預算表》,其中,「其他政府性基金支出」中「中央本級支出」從2021年的928億元人民幣(下同)增至4,528億元,由此,市場預期該文件發布意味著長久以來存在的新能源發電項目補貼拖欠問題有望得到一次性解決。據《證券時報》引述一名電力央企相關負責人表示,目前新能源發電項目欠補如何解決都處在傳聞階段,但中央確實在考慮一次性將以往欠賬的補貼發放。
該人士認為,一次性發放拖欠補貼對企業有很大好處,可解決企業現金流不足的問題,改善財務指標及提高持續發展新能源的力度。(ta/k) ~
