國際資深投資者巴菲特旗下投資旗艦巴郡(Berkshire Hathaway)(BRK.B.US)公佈,以每股848.02美元向美國產險及意外險保險商Alleghany Corporation(Y.US)提出全購,交易總值約116億美元。收購作價相當於Alleghany去年底止市賬率1.26倍,較過去30日Alleghany股價均值呈29%溢價。
視乎Alleghany股東意願和監管審批,交易預計在今年第四季完成。完成後,Alleghany會作爲巴郡旗下獨立附屬營運。
