傑地集團(08313.HK)預計年度由虧轉盈700萬新加坡元
格隆匯2月15日丨傑地集團(08313.HK)公佈,公司預計截至2021年12月31日止年度將錄得淨利潤約700萬新加坡元,較去年同期淨虧損約為2,026萬新加坡元。
轉虧為利潤主要歸因於以下因素:1.根據和解契約,基金已根據和解時間表於2021年9月從被吿處收到和解收益的大部分。結算後,集團向基金提供的貸款和關聯應收款項得到了大量償還,因此,集團於2021年9月迴轉了約760萬新加坡元的減值損失,較去年同期確認的減值損失約1,230萬新加坡元。2.集團於財政年度內從基金應收的投資管理費裏並無減值損失約370萬新加坡元。3.員工成本於財政年度減少約250萬新加坡元,主要原因是從事物業管理服務部門的員工人數減少;及4.其他開支於財政年度減少約130萬新加坡元,主要原因是減少在於專業費用裏產生的企業融資活動,基金投資者推薦計劃費用和企業顧問委託費用以及物業維修和維護外包開支。
