經濟日報頭版:多在製造業核心競爭力上下功夫
格隆匯12月21日丨經濟日報頭版刊發金觀平文章稱,製造業穩,實體經濟才穩。穩製造業,要加大對製造業助企紓困和發展的支持力度,保持製造業比重穩定。與發達國家相比,我國製造業增加值佔GDP比重呈現過早過快下降特徵。要運用市場化辦法加大對製造業的金融支持,擴大製造業中長期貸款、信用貸款規模,加大製造業投資力度,減稅降費政策要向製造業傾斜,着力解決製造業企業特別是製造業中小企業面臨的難題,全力穩定和提振製造業。穩製造業是爲了更好地“進”。推動製造業“穩中求進”,就要着力提升產業鏈供應鏈的穩定性和競爭力。
