家居必需品製造及銷售公司貝特集團(01491.HK)公佈,於10月30日至11月5日招股,招股價爲1-1.2元,以每手2,000股計,入場費爲2,424.18元。智富爲獨家保薦人。股份於11月12日上市。
公司業務以出口爲導向,產品包括洗衣用品、家居清潔用具及廚房用具,主要銷往美國、英國、德國及澳洲。
是次共發行1.25億股股份,當中10%香港公開發售。按中位數計,公司預期集資淨額爲8,610萬元。其中55%用於建設位於湖州生產廠房附近的新生產廠房;7.9%用於提高湖州生產廠房的生產效率,購置新機器及設備;2.1%用於開發一體化智能製造系統;15%用於擴大於海外市場及中國市場的銷售及營銷網絡;10%用於加強的設計及開發能力以豐富產品種類及多元化產品組合;10%用於一般營運資金用途。
