人行:四季度流動性缺口問題將運用MLF、公開市場操作等熨平短期波動
對於內地今年四季度流動性缺口補充問題,人民銀行貨幣政策司司長孫國峯在第三季度金融統計數據新聞發佈會上表示,從整個四季度來看,流動性供求的形勢應當說是基本平衡的,人行將綜合運用多種貨幣政策工具,如運用MLF、公開市場操作等,保持流動性合理充裕,保持貨幣市場利率平穩運行。
孫國峯具體指出,今年四季度,銀行體系流動性供求將繼續保持基本平衡,不會出現大的波動。對於中央政府債券發行和稅收繳款以及中期借貸便利(MLF)到期等階段性影響因素,人行將綜合考慮流動性狀況、金融機構需求等情況,靈活運用MLF、公開市場操作等多種貨幣政策工具,適時適度投放不同期限流動性,熨平短期波動,滿足金融機構合理的資金需求,保持流動性合理充裕。同時,結構性貨幣政策工具的實施在增加流動性總量方面也將發揮一定的作用。(ta/w) ~
