格隆匯9月15日丨美聯工商鋪(00459.HK)公吿，2021年5月13日，公司全資附屬易寶發展有限公司作為買方、賣方及代理已訂立協議，據此，賣方同意出售目標公司(即權耀國際有限公司)的全部已發行股本及銷售貸款，代價為港幣3480萬元。收購於2021年9月15日完成。於完成收購後，目標公司成為公司的全資附屬公司。
