警惕房地產不良貸款“雙升”
格隆匯9月14日丨據經濟日報,隨着上市銀行半年報陸續披露完畢,房地產領域信用風險再度引發關注。不論國有大型商業銀行、股份制商業銀行還是城市商業銀行,大部分銀行在房地產領域的不良貸款餘額、不良貸款率均出現“雙升”。多位業內人士表示,接下來需要高度警惕房地產領域潛在金融風險。一方面,上市銀行要嚴格落實房地產市場調控政策,嚴把風險關口,防止信貸資金違規流入房地產市場;另一方面,金融管理部門要持續完善房地產金融監管機制,防範房地產貸款過度集中,促進金融與房地產良性循環。
