雅天妮集團(00789.HK):預計年度淨虧不少於2600萬港元
格隆匯6月16日丨雅天妮集團(00789.HK)發佈公吿,集團預計截至2021年3月31日止年度將錄得不少於2600萬港元的淨虧損,而上止年度錄得的淨利潤為約1100萬港元。
公吿表示,由盈利轉為虧損主要是由於COVID-19疫情導致全球消費者消費意欲下降。在異常艱難的營商環境下,集團提供額外折扣以刺激銷量。縱然集團於該年度已迅速及果斷地採取行動減省成本,然而所省卻的經營成本不足以抵消銷售和毛利率下降。此外,集團已確認約900萬港元的股份基礎給付開支。開支乃本年度授出的購股權所致,去年並無錄得該等開支。
