榮智控股(06080.HK)擬725萬港元出售香港物業
格隆匯6月7日丨榮智控股(06080.HK)公佈,於2021年6月7日,賣方力盛建築有限公司(公司間接全資附屬公司)與買方進恆有限公司及代理人訂立臨時協議,據此,賣方同意出售而買方同意收購該物業,代價為725萬港元。完成計劃將於2021年10月4日或之前落實。
該物業為位於香港新界荃灣海盛路11號One Midtown 10樓12室的工業處所及分配予10樓的洗手間及電梯大堂及走廊的不可分割份額,實用面積約為830平方尺。該物業為工場單位,目前由賣方出租予一名獨立第三方。
董事認為,出售事項為集團變現其於該物業的投資以取得合理回報之良機。代價乃由賣方與買方經公平磋商後達致。董事認為,出售事項將不會對集團的經營業務造成重大影響。
