华新手袋国际控股(02683.HK)暂停柬埔寨生产设施运作
格隆汇5月14日丨华新手袋国际控股(02683.HK)公告，自2021年4月以来，柬埔寨的COVID-19新确诊病例宗数一直上升，柬埔寨政府已在其首都金边实施封锁措施，目前有效期直至2021年5月19日（包括该日）。自2021年4月29日开始，封锁范围已指定为红区、橙区或黄区。由于柬埔寨生产设施并非位于封锁范围内，不受柬埔寨政府实施的封锁措施限制，公司董事认为其一直运作，未有受到严重干扰。
自COVID-19疫情以来，公司已采取负责任行动，在对抗COVID-19的过程中于其柬埔寨及中国生产设施采取必要的预防及防范措施。特别是，柬埔寨生产设施及中国工厂的所有雇员及访客均强制佩戴口罩，并须于进入前量度体温。
然而，自本星期起，集团于柬埔寨生产设施的部分雇员确诊感染COVID-19，而直至2021年5月14日，确诊数字合共21宗，而中国工厂并无呈报个案。就柬埔寨卫生部报导在柬埔寨生产设施发现COVID-19个案，于与柬埔寨政府相关部门讨论后，公司将负责任并迅速暂停柬埔寨生产设施运作，由2021年5月15日至28日止为期14天，详细检讨目前采取的预防及防范措施以在适当的情况下加强有关措施，并于柬埔寨生产设施进行彻底深入清洁，以进一步保护全体雇员。此外，该等与确诊病例密切合作的雇员亦已进行COVID-19测试及隔离14天。
董事预期，暂停运作可能导致本年度上半年集团原定计划生产时间表及向客户的产品交付延迟，可能对集团的营运及财务表现造成不利影响。集团已知会其客户可能延迟完成原有计划的订单，而有关可能延迟已获客户接纳及同意，且就延迟完成订单不受处罚。集团截至2020年9月30日止六个月销售于柬埔寨制造的产品所产生的收益占收益约93.6%。因此，集团将竭力将柬埔寨生产设施的部分生产订单重新分配至其在中国的工厂，以减轻暂停运作可能对集团及其客户的潜在影响。
