中原经纪人指数CSI连升两周至71.23点
中原经纪人指数CSI最新报71.23点,较上周的70.31点上升0.91点。该行研究部高级联席董事黄良升指出,CSI连续8周於70点上下争持,未有一口气上冲80点,显示前线经纪人长期保持正面乐观态度,但没有过度亢奋,预示楼价继续反覆缓慢向上。本周六将有多个新盘开售,料楼市气氛进一步转旺,CSI有望摆脱过往持续企稳70点的局面,CSI未来数周的走势,值得关注。
CSI早前连升2周,其後连跌2周,今周再度连升2周,持续企稳於70点水平,有别於早前一口气连升12周,累升逾20点的局面。近8周计,CSI最高72.62点,最低69.58点,上下波幅为3.04点。反映前线经纪人仍然睇好楼价走势,兼且情绪乐观而理性,预示楼价上升方向不变,走势反覆慢升。
