新威斯頓(08242.HK)預計2020財年淨虧損不少於1.80億港元
格隆匯 4 月 30日丨新威斯頓(08242.HK)公佈,公司預期將於截至2020年12月31日止年度錄得不少於1.80億港元的淨虧損,而2019年同期則錄得約2000萬港元的淨虧損。
根據對目前可取得的資料,預期淨虧損乃由於:(i)COVID-19對物業管理業務的影響及經濟不穩導致2020財年的收益減少;及(ii)減值虧損增加,其中包括商譽賬面值減少以致預期撥備約8100萬港元的減值虧損、以及根據香港財務報吿準則第9號的預期信貸虧損模式計量的應收貸款及應收賬款合共約9700萬港元所致。
此外,應公司要求,公司股份已於2021年4月1日起暫停買賣,以待刊發2020年度業績,並將繼續暫停直至另行通知。
