格隆汇4月13日丨米奥会展(300795.SZ)披露2020年度业绩预告修正公告,修正前,预计2020年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为亏损4500万元-5500万元,上年同期为盈利6611万元;预计扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为亏损5383万元-6383万元,上年同期为盈利6293万元。
修正后,预计2020年度归属于上市公司股东的净利润为亏损5800万元-6500万元;预计扣除非经常性损益后的净利润为亏损5950万元-6650万元。
业绩修正原因系:前次业绩预告披露后,在年报审计工作中,通过与会计师事务所进行充分沟通后,对照新收入准则的要求,剔除了2020年度不符合确认条件的部分收入金额,导致公司营业收入及利润情况发生变化。
