格隆汇 4 月 1日丨沈阳公用发展股份(00747.HK)发布公告,2020年财政年度的收益约为人民币700.8万元,较2019年同期减少68.18%。2020年财政年度除税后亏损约为人民币4827.8万元,而2019年同期除税后亏损约为人民币9444万元。2020年财政年度每股基本亏损为人民币2.70分。
公告表示,集团于2020年财政年度的收益较2019年同期大幅减少约68.18%。收益大幅下降主要是由于2019冠状病毒对经济影响,使得基础设施建设投资、施工、验收延后。这导致基础设施建设及物业发展所产生的收益降低。
