结好控股(00064.HK):终止有关成立一间合营企业的谅解备忘录
格隆汇 3 月 31日丨结好控股(00064.HK)公布,内容有关成立一间合营企业在日本开发综合度假村(包括娱乐场业务)。由于GWHL与Current未能就合营企业协议的主要条款及条件达成协议,董事决定不再继续进行该项目。於2021年3月31日,GWHL与Current订立终止协议,以终止与该项目有关的谅解备忘录、第二份谅解备忘录及第三份谅解备忘录。根据终止协议,订约方相互协定Current须于2021年9月30日或之前向GWHL退还2500万港元的诚意金。
